Messrs. E. B Elliott, Wm Davenport, Robert Prate, Samuel Spruill, John H Hall, Edward Wood, Thos M Harris, & N S Perkins,

Gentlemen, You are hereby detailed to execute the accompanying order issued by Col. Moon to Capt. Johnston, which you will proceed to do as speedily and as faithfully as possible.
