Match wits with the best! A trivia contest in UNC’s Wilson Library on Nov. 4, 2011, will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Orange County. Teams of up to eight people may register at a cost of $10 per person, or $5 for students.

The evening will also feature free food and $1  tickets for prize drawings. Registrations will be accepted at the door from 6 p.m. until the contest begins at 7 p.m.

Please direct questions about the contest to Alison Murray, (919) 962-1172, ammurray@email.unc.edu.

The trivia contest is the culminating project of the Carolina Library Community, which came together in 2010 to support the UNC class of 2011 Build a Block effort.

Together, the University Libraries and the School of Information and Library Science set out to raise $35,000 and provide 2,000 hours of labor toward ten Habitat for Humanity houses for UNC employees.

To make a direct gift for Build a Block , visit Habitat for Humanity of Orange County’s donation page, and indicate that your gift supports the effort of the Carolina Library Community.
