Update, Jan. 25, noon – Power issues in Wilson Library have been resolved. Wilson Library is now open.
Update Jan. 21, 8:39 a.m. – Wilson Library will remain closed today and until further notice. The Rare Book Collection, North Carolina Collection, Southern Folklife Collection, Southern Historical Collection, University Archives and Records Management Services, the Music Library, and the Science Annex will all be closed. All other offices in Wilson Library, including the Center for Faculty Excellence and the offices of the Triangle Research Libraries Network, will be closed. No classes, programs, or meetings will be held in Wilson Library while it is closed. Digitized Wilson Library collections should be normally available online. For questions, please contact another library.
Update Jan. 20, 8:45 p.m. – As per University announcement, Wilson Library will remain closed until power is restored. All Wilson Library special collections and the Music Library are closed until further notice. Other campus libraries will re-open at their regularly scheduled time on Thursday morning.
Campus libraries affected by a power outage closed at 5 p.m. today, January 20th. This includes:
- Davis Library
- Wilson Library
- Undergraduate Library
- Art Library
- Music Library
- Science Library Annex
The Undergraduate Library will reopen at 7:45 a.m. on Thursday, January 21st.
