Maybe Scrabble and crossword enthusiasts know “chibouks.” I didn’t. From Merriam-Webster:

Quite an image, a lawn full of chibouk smokers listening to political speeches….
Of course it would have to be held in the middle of a parking lot, 100 feet from any public building… that might cut down a bit on the generosity of the donors.
