Outside of gelatin molds the number one recipe item I’ve seen thus far in searching through our cookbook collection is sherry. You can’t go but a few pages without finding some recipe with a dash of sherry here or a cup of sherry there. So grab your favorite bottle of sherry and try out a few of these recipes.

Tipsy Icebox Cake?! If I ever get around to having a vintage themed dinner party that will be the dessert of choice, it’s just too good of a name.
I love that you found a recipe that combines sherry and molded jello salad into one dessert. Definitely sounds much better than the recipe for Tuna Fish Ring jello salad that was posted on this blog (5 1/2 years ago, wow! time flies, huh?): https://blogs.lib.unc.edu/ncm/index.php/2007/10/22/dinner-idea/
