Living with Elizabethans

George Garrett discusses his practice as an author of historical fiction, with a focus on figures and events from the Elizabethan period.

At the time of this interview, Garrett was professor of English at the University of Michigan; he is the author of two historical novels, Death of the Fox and The Succession, both set in the Elizabethan era.
