The CDR in 2022
We’ve been hard at work to make research openly available this past year! Here are some highlights:
- We added 5,002 works to the CDR
- We recorded 313,138 unique pageviews and 2,386,600 downloads
- The most downloaded work was the conference presentation ADCIRC Version 54, which had 15,478 downloads
Our notable projects this year include:
- We continued to review CVs of UNC faculty and deposit eligible scholarship.
- We continued a project to preserve coronavirus research at UNC-Chapel Hill.
- We started to collect open access articles from eLife, SAGE, Frontiers, and MDPI.
- We assessed our methodology for last year’s assessment of subject coverage, gender and race in CDR content.
Earlier this month, we published a report that highlights the work done this year. Read the full report! Previous years’ reports, including updates on the CDR’s open content initiatives are available in the Carolina Digital Repository Reports collection.
