The Old Brown Dog

Coral Lansbury is the author of The Old Brown Dog: Women, Workers, and Vivesection in Edwardian England, which describes the social and cultural tensions among feminists, working people, and the medical establishment in England in the early 1900s.

At the time of this interview, Lansbury was professor of English at Rutgers University–Camden.
